Archie and Esme

Fairy Esme and Fairy Archie are very adventurous kitties who love going out on little day trips. One day when they were out exploring the land on the other side of the river they were caught by surprise in a storm. They waited until the worst has passed and then headed straight home, keen to dry off and curl up in their own nests, but when they got to the river it was flooded! The stones they had walked across were nowhere in sight and they couldn’t fly because their wings were wet! They were discussing how best to get home when two little heads popped up out of the water. Turtles! They overheard Fairy Esme and Fairy Archie and had come to offer their assistance. It was a little bit scary riding on the turtles’ backs, but they were very good swimmers and had them across in not time! Thank goodness!
